Great experience from the entire team. Very professional contractors, who deliver on their design (which by the way are spot on!). I hope to use them more in the future. My wife and I are excited to use our new patio and louvered roof with the entire family.
We had a block party planned and, of course, it started pouring just as everyone had their food out. Instead of packing it all up, we ended up inviting the whole neighborhood over to our deck. The louvered roof closed with a button, and that was it—everyone stayed dry, the food was saved, and the party actually got better. Between the fans, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and TV, it turned into this really fun, unexpected night. That space has totally changed how we use our backyard—we’re out there all the time now. Honestly, it came out awesome.
We have installed the louvered pergola late spring. The installation process was flawless; the team is very professional from design to completion. Since then, we have had many dinners outside and, on every occasion, just perfect. We also installed a full kitchen under the pergola as well as a sitting area. This has clearly extended our outside living area, making it cozy and protected against the elements.
We look forward to using it during the winter with the help of a couple of heating lamps. Great job.
Always responsive and friendly. We remodeled our back patio and had 3 large electric louvered pergolas installed. That was back in 2017. Everything has worked perfectly and continues to work with absolutely no problems.
